Our Church

Here at Benbrook United Methodist Church, we invite you to join us as we go through this life as a family. Many have found their spiritual home at Benbrook UMC. We invite you to come and see for yourself. Meet the people, find your place, and grow with us.

Our mission at Benbrook UMC is to bring new people to Christ and to nurture their growth in discipleship, by…

  • Providing opportunities for meaningful worship and prayer,
  • Providing opportunities for growth through Christian education and fellowship,
  • Providing opportunities to serve the greater community through mission and ministry, and by
  • Welcoming them into the leadership and life of the Church

Our vision statement is for Benbrook UMC to be Benbrook’s vibrant, loving, Christ-centered fellowship for worship and witness, united in mission and service to our neighbors.

We’re excited about finally getting to worship again in person! We’ll worship at 11 AM in the CLC. Same rules apply as before regarding social distancing and mask wearing at all times. Also, please do not come if you are feeling sick or it is unsafe where you are getting out. Please note that Communion will continue to be served through individual ziploc bags on the tables as you come in the CLC. We will continue to broadcast via 104.3 for those who wish to remain in their cars in the parking lot for our service. Also, we will have a pre-taped online service available around 5 p.m. Sunday afternoon.

Grace, Wisdom, Mercy, and Peace,
Pastor Don
