What should I wear?
Here at Benbrook UMC, we are a laid back group of people. We want everyone to feel welcome and comfortable, and as such, we invite you to wear whatever you feel comfortable in.
Where do I park?
For Sunday morning worship, we suggest parking in the Bryant St. parking lot beside the Sanctuary, however, extra parking is available on the Mildred St. side of the building as well as in the lot further down by the Education wing and our Christian Life Center.
How long is the service?
Services tend to be about an hour.
What if my child gets a little fidgety or loud during service?
Don’t worry, it’s okay! We understand that children can be a little loud at times and an hour worship service can be a long time for the young ones but they are always welcome in service. Busy Bags are provided for toddlers to help keep them busy. JAMS (Jesus and Me Session) is available for children ages 4 through 5th grade following the Choir Anthem. A lesson is given and they may play a game or have a craft to reinforce the lesson. On the first Sunday of each month, children remain in worship with their family.
